AI Assistant

Use AI to draft documents, answer questions about your portfolio, and analyze property data. Get intelligent insights on your rental business.

Getting Started

  1. Access the AI Assistant — Click 'AI' in the sidebar to open the chat interface.
  2. Ask questions — Query your portfolio data: 'Which properties have the highest yield?' or 'What's my total annual income?'
  3. Draft documents — Use AI to draft tenant letters, maintenance reports, lease conditions, or other documentation.
  4. Get insights — Ask for analysis: 'Which properties are underperforming?' or 'What's my average rent collection rate?'
  5. Refine drafts — Edit AI-generated content and customize it before using or sending to tenants.
  6. Save templates — Convert successful AI drafts into templates for future use.

Common Questions

Can the AI access my sensitive data?

The assistant can read your own organisation’s data to answer your questions, and it is scoped so it can never see another landlord’s records. Your data is not used to train the underlying AI models.

Is AI assistance included in all plans?

AI Mode is included on every paid plan — Starter, Standard and Business. It is not available on the Free plan. Check Settings → Subscription to see your current plan.

Can I use AI-generated documents legally?

Yes, AI-generated documents like lease agreements are templates that you should review and customize for your specific situation before using.
