Getting Started

Dashboard Overview

Your RentFig dashboard provides a real-time financial snapshot of your rental portfolio. Track rent received, expenses, upcoming due dates, and key portfolio metrics at a glance.

Getting Started

  1. View your financial summary — The top cards show your monthly rent received and total expenses, giving you a quick financial overview.
  2. Check the For Your Attention panel — This highlights urgent items that need action, such as upcoming compliance deadlines or overdue rent.
  3. Monitor portfolio performance — The revenue chart shows income trends over time, and the occupancy gauge displays your current tenancy fill rate.
  4. Explore Accounting — Use the Accounting section to track income and expenses, reconcile bank transactions, and generate HMRC-ready reports — all built into RentFig.
  5. Explore other sections — Use the sidebar to navigate to Properties, Tenancies, Compliance, and other modules based on your needs.
